ETIWANDA / RANCHO CUCAMONGA — November 4, 2026. The San Bernardino County Registrar’s overnight summary shows Dayna Karsch leading the Etiwanda School District Governing Board Area 1 election with 1,208 votes (58.78%). Stephanie A. Martin follows with 839 votes (40.83%).

A school-district race, not a city council race

Etiwanda’s governing-board election is separate from Rancho Cucamonga’s municipal contests. The trustee-area structure means residents should match the exact school district and board area to their ballot, rather than assume all city voters participated in this contest.

The county lists eight of eight precincts reporting for this contest and 2,611 ballots cast out of 9,046 registered voters. The reported candidate vote total is 2,055, which can differ from total ballots cast because voters may leave the particular contest blank.

When will numbers change?

This is San Bernardino County’s final unofficial election-night snapshot, not a certification. The registrar says the next results update is due November 5 by 6 p.m., and additional eligible ballots may affect these totals.

For verified numbers, see the Registrar of Voters election results.
